1. How long does the account to be
set up after I have finished the payment?
Your account will be ready to used
during 12 hour commencing since we accept the payment
confirmation from our Billing. We will send the web hosting
account information through your official email address.

Our Server reside in
Equinix
network, located at Ashburn, VA - USA which is connected with
multiple backbone provider such as NAC, Aleron, BTN, nLayer,

3. What is the Specification of
your Server?
Our server
specification is Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 270,
8 GB Registered ECC RAM, which provided by Redhat Linux Operating system,
newest kernel, Apache, PHP, Perl, Python, MySQL, PosgreSQL,
cPanel/WHM, MS Frontpage Ext, etc.

3. How is the payment procedure?
Until this time we accept any
payment via to our account in Bank BCA. The procedure could be
use internal Bank BCA transfer, ATM transfer and using an online
transfer via

4. Do you accept card credit?
Not yet, but we plan to manage
that means of payment, we will contact you soon about that.
5. Do I can cancel web-hosting
account which is already running?
Yes, you can cancel account which
is running any time. Please send us email. Please note that all
payment which have been paid to us cannot be returned. For more

1. Do I should have a domain name
to have the account?
No, you need not to have a domain
name first when registering the account. But we suggest you to
register your domain immediately. You also can get the domain
name for free by redirect service method.
2. Do you accept registration of
domain names?

3. How long is the transfer
process of domain to your name server?
Usually transfer process to name
